Cave Hill Star Camp

Overnight outback adventure sleeping under the stars at a sacred site
Departing Yulara Airport 9 Jan, returning to Ayers Rock Resort 10 Jan

Join us on a once-in-a-lifetime outback overnight adventure to Cave Hill, deep into the desert of the Pitjantjatjara Lands of Central Australia.  This exclusive tour, for Cosmic Consciousness delegates only, will give you a guided tour to Central Australia’s most prominent rock-art at Cave Hill.  Estimated to be 22,000 years old this sacred rock art tells the Pleiadian story of the Seven Sisters.  You will also experience an Astronomy Stargazing session with Voyages Astronomer, Garry Telford, and a CE-5 Skywatch with Kay McCullock, or a 5D Contact session with Tracey Ash.

Join us on a once-in-a-lifetime overnight outback adventure to Cave Hill, deep into the desert of the Pitjantjatjara Lands of Central Australia.  Accompanied by our guide, journey in air-con comfort by Mercedez Spritz 4WD with fellow Cosmic Consciousness organisers, speakers and delegates.

On arrival we will be greeted by our Anangu host. The Anangu are the traditional owners of Cave Hill, which is the site of the Seven Sisters Tjukurpa (creation time), and are responsible for maintaining only that chapter of the Songline lying within the boundaries of their traditional homeland – a story that has been maintained since the beginning of time.

The highlight of the tour is the magnificent cave paintings thought to be at least 22,000 years old - possibly the most significant art site in Central Australia. The drama of the Seven Sisters Pleiadean creation story is graphically illustrated on the ceiling of the cave. Climb to the top of Cave Hill to admire a 360-degree panoramic of the surrounding countryside, including Uluru 100kms away, Mount Conner and the imposing Musgrave Ranges.

This outback adventure will be capped off by a magical astronomy talk, led by Astronomer Garry Telford.  Once you know what to look for in the cosmos, Kay McCullock will conduct a CE-5 skywatch and/or a 5D Contact session with Tracey Ash.  Without any light pollution, can you imagine the brilliance of the night sky?  This will be a truly unforgettable experience.  On our last trip to Cave Hill we captured some interesting visitors, as you will see in the photos above.
